CarNGo is 100% counter-free! You book online, we confirm your details, and when you land, we meet you at the airport (or your hotel) with your car ready. Quick ID and credit card check, handoff the keys, and you’re on the road, no lines, no stress.
What’s included in the rental price?
Rental, delivery and pickup of vehicle, unlimited mileage within the rental service area, 24/7 phone number of a CarNGo representative for that personalized service and peace of mind in your travels.
The standard 3rd Party Liability Insurance required by Mexican Law to drive in Mexico is included and added automatically.
*Based on distance for delivery or pickup a small charge may apply in some cases.
Do you offer child seats or boosters?
Absolutely. We’re family-oriented, and we know how important safety is. You can request infant seats, toddler seats, or boosters when booking. We can even pre-install them for you.
Can I choose where the car is delivered?
Yes! We deliver to airports, hotels, vacation rentals, and Airbnbs in the main areas we serve. You’ll provide your location when booking, and our team will confirm the meeting spot with you directly.
What areas do you serve?
We currently operate in major Mexican destinations including Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Sayulita, and surrounding regions. Expanding soon!
Do I need an international driver’s license?
If your license is in English or any Roman alphabet, you do not need an international permit. Just bring your regular driver’s license, passport, and the credit card used for booking.
Can I rent a car if I’ve never driven in Mexico before?
Absolutely! We specialize in helping first-time renters in Mexico feel confident. We’ll walk you through how road signs work, driving tips, and help you feel ready to explore.
Can I compare different cars or upgrade later?
Yes! Our website lets you compare vehicles easily by size, features, and pricing. You can also reach out to us if you’d like to upgrade or switch based on your needs—we’re here to help.
What if I need help during my rental?
We’re always here for you. You’ll have a direct contact number for a CarNGo rep who speaks English and Spanish. Whether it’s roadside assistance, directions, or just a quick question—we’ve got your back.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
We have a wide range of vehicles—from compact cars for couples to roomy SUVs and vans for families or groups. All are regularly cleaned, inspected, and ready for road trips. If you have specific needs (extra trunk space, roof rack, etc.), just let us know!
Do your cars come with GPS or Wi-Fi?
Our cars do not come with wifi nor GPS. There is connectivity for your Apple or Android device.
How do I return the car?
Simple! We’ll schedule a return time and meet you at the airport or your accommodation. There’s no need to find a return desk or worry about long lines—just a quick inspection and hand-off.
Is there a mileage limit?
Unlimited mileage within the rental service area. A charge of $500 pesos per day will apply for driving outside of the service area. For more information please inquire from one of our reps at 1-604-328-9249.
